This is the place where I show collections that are just that: collections. In contrast to my photographic projects, these are unsystematic, and – as the heading somewhat strongly suggests – miscellaneous. Nonetheless I attach some meaning to the pictures and do hope I can convey some of it to you, too.
While not a landscape photographer, I enjoy the outdoors and snap the odd photo. I collect some of them here.
While not an architectural photographer, I enjoy looking at urban structures and sometimes take a picture. I collect some of them here.
While not a street photographer, I am fascinated by people navigating the city and sometimes shoot a scene. I collect some of them here.
While this is (mostly) not street art, sometimes vandalism makes me stop a bit. and capture a photo. When I do, I collect some of them here.
A communication medium from the previous millenium, now a phonebooth seems like a strange objsct in the urban (and occasionally rural) environment. I collect some of the boxed disturbances here.
Quite some effort to nail your colours to the flag post in a private environment. While I lack the motivation myself, I respect the dedication and document some of the results here.
I grew up here, left, and came back. When I did in 2012 I was impressed by the questionable aesthetic choices governing this little town in the north of Germany in the private and public sector. I collected some moments of awe and despite the equally questionable image quality, I display the result here.

With more than a decade of experience, I strengthen the visual identity of my clients through industrial, academic, and corporate photography.
I also headed communications departments in both the corporate and the academic world and this background enables me to get you the visuals you need – every time!
What I enjoy about product photography is that through spending time with an object that otherwise gets overlooked as a mere utility, beauty can be found in unexpected places.
Making the extraordinary within the ordinary visible for others always is a very exciting process.
In the words of Arnold Newman, Portrait photography is 10% inspiration and 90% moving furniture.
It never seizes to amaze me how, by moving some furniture around and thus creating a carefully designed context for the subject, photography can condense the many facets of a personality into a still image.
