A family portrait with a twist: This still life was created in the middle of an unusually rainy spring. Instead of classic faces, the focus here is on four pairs of sunglasses, acting as symbolic representatives of the family members. The “on white” staging emphasizes the different characters of the eyewear and uses minimalism to tell a story of togetherness and individuality. A project from my P52 series that demonstrates how creative family moments can be captured in the studio, even when the weather is at its worst.
